What makes Hakuhodo brushes different from others?
Each Hakuhodo brush is handcrafted in Kumano, Japan using traditional calligraphy techniques. Unlike mass-produced brushes, we never cut the hair tips, preserving the natural 'fude' point for a softer feel and superior makeup application.
How should I clean and maintain my brushes?
For daily maintenance, gently wipe the brush on a soft cloth or tissue. For deep cleaning, use a mild soap or dedicated brush cleanser with lukewarm water, reshape the head, and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide via DHL and EMS. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on brushes that have been used.
Are your brushes made with natural or synthetic hair?
We offer a wide variety of both. Our collection includes premium natural hairs like goat and squirrel, as well as high-quality synthetic fibers designed to mimic the performance of natural hair.
