At Hakuhodo, we take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship of our brushes; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the unused brushes in their original protective sleeves and box to prevent damage to the delicate bristles during transit.

  Shipping

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
